Ours organization is a community where many people come to be affected by the action of a different position varied by their own knowledge and competence. One agreeable and acceptable element is their diversity of thought and attitude. The first factor that our organization select our people is to be a good man. The basic defamation of “Good Man” is “Speak good words, Think good thoughts, Do good things”. For another view, that man has to forget oneself, sacrifice to the organization, and always volunteer for others. This is the organization’s viewpoint. After we have been together with the organization culture, 3S 3T 3I, and Zen, that also round us to be the uniformity. Focusing on Zen study or some Zen sloka that bring us to be reposeful and allow us to profoundly perceive the natural things and realize the humanity. That means we are able to perceive everything like its natural matter and be free from the hero means they aim to the team’s objective. We bring our own natural smartness to contribute to the team called “Fruit Salad” is ours organization strategy to conduce to our unity in the organization.
