- Bachelor Degree or related field
-Able to communicate in English (listening, speaking, reading & writing skills)
- To monitor Hull & Machinery insurance , Protection and Indemnity Insurance , PA (For Passenger including crew)
- Utilizing claims policies and guidelines, reviews coverages, determines liability and compensability, secures information, arranges property damage surveys, and negotiates and settles claims.
- To coordinate with brokers, Insurer, underwriter for insurance matters/Policies, endorsements/Premium payment.
- To manage and monitor Insurance costs per vessel / contract. Maintain Claim record weekly / monthly.
- Control and monitor validity of insurance policies as well as to liaison with internal departments and insurance broker to buy, renew, or amend insurance policies.
- Submit monthly claims report to each department management.
